Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, simply contact us at  sales@blueacornnc.com  within 30 days of receiving your items to start the return process.

Return Eligibility Requirements

  • All items must be unused; no missing accessories.
  • Original packaging/color box must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Items must be returned using tracked shipping.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after ship date

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards.
  • Items damaged or missing key accessories.

How to Return Items

1. Initiate a Return: Email sales@blueacornnc.com including:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the items
  • Reason for return
  • We'll review your request within 2 business days

2. Ship Your Return: Once acknowledged for return, we will provide the following information:

  • Return shipping address
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Please use tracked shipping with signature confirmation; loss during return process will not receive refund.

3. Refund Processing:

  • Items are inspected within 2-4 working days upon receipt.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Note: For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund;
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s preference change, the buyer should pay the shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for the product return.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.
