Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Our team will assess the claim and may request additional information or photos.
If the claim is approved, we will provide repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion.
Limitations and Liability

30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, simply contact us at sales@blueacornnc.com within 30 days of receiving your items to start the return process.

- Original packaging/color box must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be returned using tracked shipping.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after ship date

How to Return Items

Ship Your Return: Once acknowledged for return, we will provide the following information:
- Return shipping address
- Detailed return instructions
- Please use tracked shipping with signature confirmation; loss during
return process will not receive refund.

- Items are inspected within 2-4 working days upon receipt.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 working days
Note: For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
